After project is uploaded to client's hosting server, hired work by CountryView Studios on client's website is generally performed on client's hosting server. Countryview Studios is not responsible for providing nor maintaining any files or content of website design to or for client unless specifically hired to do so. Once project is paid in full, client is responsible for acquiring directly from the internet, saving or downloading any aspect of the website project on their own; Done before full payment is received may result in copyright infringment. Copyrighted or content considered by CountryView Studios as non-transferable scripting or unique content will be encrypted and is paid for by client for use only while CountryView Studios is client's website manager. An initial, preliminary layout/design will be provided at no charge. If it is accepted or client asks for further work on this project, a deposit of $75.00 is then required.
